- 1 / 5By Thiphaine BruderWhat a disappointment. One month ago, we were supposed to sleep in the Glenfinnan Sleeping Car. We gave a deposit on paypal but nobody was there to welcome us. We waited 1 hour trying to call the numbers on the door, nothing. Nothing on our email box either. We had to find another place to stay in the middle of the evening. Really nice ! That's everything but professional. I definitely don't recommend this place. Especially because they never gave us our deposit back ! Really bad service obviously that doesn't know how to take care of customers.May 31, 2017
